Having received planning consent in 2020, Simten are working to deliver a building that aligns with our core sustainability beliefs and positively contributes to its surroundings. Retaining part of the façade, dismantling and re-using the remainder is a challenging technical exercise. Innovative servicing and mixed mode ventilation will ensure that behind the historic façade is a truly modern and progressive office.
