ED SNEDDON.png

Ed Joined Simten in June 2020 as partner, having previously run his own development management business for several years. Prior to that, Ed enjoyed a 13-year career at Derwent London, where he was responsible for some of the company’s largest and most complex development projects, as well as a number of sensitive refurbishments.

Having worked for a very design-led company, Ed is unsurprisingly passionate about good design, the small details, and how the building is experienced by the final user. He also feels strongly about genuine sustainability and our collective responsibly to grapple with the climate challenges ahead, as well a building’s influence on its users’ well-being.

Prior to entering the property industry in 2004, Ed worked in the financial markets in the City of London. Ed’s development portfolio (while at Derwent) included the following:

Brunel Building, Shoreditch Rooms, Soho Place, Turnmill and 1 Page Street.
