Mike was responsible for taking a 1980’s building in the heart of Victoria, adding 20,000 sq ft and undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment all within 2 years of achieving VP. Total development costs were £64m and following a leasing of the whole building to a branch of the government it was sold to Ho Bee Land for £140m.
