This landmark scheme, designed by Sterling Prize winning architects Alford Hall Monaghan Morris and comprising of two buildings positioned above the new Crossrail station at Tottenham Court Road, was granted planning permission in April 2012 and started on site in 2019.
Aside from the complexity of building over a station, sitting alongside the contemporary office and retail accommodation is a new, 600-seat state-of-the-art theatre. This has meant overcoming significant structural and acoustic challenges, the result of which will be the first new theatre in the West End in 50 years.
Oversaw the development management from inception in 2006, through to 2018 and procurement. This involved concept design, planning, a complex development agreement, numerous rights of light agreements, detailed design and setting up the procurement process.
