Michael joined Simten having previously worked for a prominent London based consultancy on large scale commercial development. He has worked for over 10 years in a number of property related roles across diverse disciplines including development management, architectural design and construction.
Having originally studied Architecture, Michael is focused on adding and delivering value to complex, multi-faceted development schemes and promoting quality design-led and sustainable outcomes.
His detailed knowledge of the development lifecycle has been attained through shaping and delivering a variety of use classes in the UK and abroad.
Michael has a MSc in Real Estate Development at the University of Westminster and holds a MArch (Prof) from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
